THE TEAM
The successful candidate will sit within the Promotions department of the finance team, allowing them to liaise directly with multiple teams and executives on a day-to-day basis across Live Comedy and Theatre production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& DUTIES
This is a key role to the Live Finance Team providing financial and administrative support in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions involved in live comedy tours and theatre productions. The candidate will be required to meet tight deadlines, be detailed orientated and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coding and processing invoices across multiple entities and accounting systems.
- Following invoices through to weekly payment and liaison with managers and key staff (relevant signatories).
- Setting up weekly payment runs and ad hoc payments when necessary, including intra-account transfers and tax payments.
- Reconciliation of bank payment transactions on accounting system.
- Maintaining intercompany positions and monthly reconciliation to ensure costs are recharged appropriately across the group.
- Chasing relevant individuals to submit corporate credit card and cash expense claims on time
- Preparation and reconciliation of floats to tour managers
- Maintaining pre-paid cards system, ensuring the account is adequately topped up.
- Review of expense claims prior to senior finance approval
- Assist in the management recharging process.
- Preparation of internal weekly managed payment run.
- Dealing with queries and any issues relating to invoices, payments, credit cards, and expenses.
- General administrative tasks and support for the wider finance team.
- Ensuring efficiency of process and pro-actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and commercial enhancement
ABOUT YOU
- Strong academics (Accounting degree would be beneficial but not necessary).
- Self-starter who can equally thrive in an environment where they need to take the initiative and initiate change
- Record of effective collaboration across teams and a positive attitude to change demonstrated through study projects or work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A keen interest in the media, but no prior experience required
